Jim becomes CEOP Ambassador
We are delighted to announce that Jim, one of our Senior Supervising Social Workers in our Bristol Team has recently undertaken training to become an ambassador for CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection).
The CEOP centre was formed in 2006 with its aim to eradicate the sexual abuse of children. It is part of UK policing and works with a variety of national and international agencies to investigate wrongdoing. CEOP helps thousands of children and young people every year.
Jim has now undertaken the CEOP Ambassador training and will be cascading the ThinkuKnow training to staff and carers in the next 6 months, which will help to keep our children and young people safe from sexual abuse.
For more information relating to keeping your child safe online and supporting them if something has happened to them online, you can visit our Thinkuknow website for parents and carers.
