Carer Profile: S and J - S and J live with their two young sons in a multi-ethnic community of South Lambeth.They are a close, Catholic/Christian family. S will be the main carer, though J is an active partner, supporting at evenings and weekends. The couple have a strong support network and offer a very safe environment in which the child will feel welcomed and loved. S and J have roots in Columbia and Chile with English and Spanish spoken at home.
S &J are approved for 1 child aged 0-9 years. they can look after either a boy or girl fro either short term or emergency placements.
Carer Profile: S and R - S and R have a comfortable 3 bedroom home. They are an extremely close and supportive couple, who have a son of their own. They have a strong sense of being an advocate for children and have a lot to offer a child in their care. Originally both from Pakistan, they live in an ethnically mixed area with all local amenities within easy travelling distance. The area is well served by both buses and trains and S drives her own car.
S & R are approved for 1 or 2 children if siblings, aged 0 -12 years. They can take either short or, long term placements or emergencies.
