Elspeth Devlin is the Regional Director. Elspeth is a very experienced social worker in fostering services and leads our team in London. Her Field Manager colleague is Linda Duncan and the Office Administrator is Jayne Collins.
We believe that the most effective outcome for fostered children is achieved when staff, families and other professionals work together. We recruit committed foster carers who offer a wide range of placements. We work closely with local authorities to identify and meet the various needs of children who need foster care and provide them with safe, stable and secure placements.
The Fostering Foundation is registered with Ofsted and is also a member of Pan London.
