Bristol Region

The team at the Bristol office of The Fostering Foundation consists of:

1. Staff

Mandy Perry – Office Manager Nina Shah – Regional Director
Kenroy Stewart – Field Manager Debbie Welsford – Deputy Regional Director

Our staff team has a combined total of more than 50 years' experience in professional social work and childcare practice and in social work and fostering and adoption training. We also have a wide range of other professional and personal experiences, including being a foster carer.

2. Foster carers

Foster carers, their families and children are an integral part of the team. They are involved in support groups and training, providing individual mentoring and support, in recruitment and in sharing together celebrations of achievement.

3. Student Social Workers

We have a number of social work students from Bath and Bristol University on placement with us.

We would welcome a personal visit from you if you wish to find out more about fostering. The office is located in Kingswood, at the heart of its shopping area. The entrance is on Moravian Road, opposite Barclays Bank; our office is above Taylor’s Estate Agents. The opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
