Panel Membership
Are you interested in joining our London Fostering Panel? Being a member of a fostering panel is an important and responsible position. You will make decisions to approve foster carers and play a key role in monitoring the quality of our fostering service, particularly ensuring the safety of children placed in our care.
We are looking for people able to attend at least 4 meetings each year in our Wimbledon based London office and who are prepared to make time to read reports prior to each meeting. If you have a background in education or health services we would be particularly interested to hear from you and also if you are currently working as a social worker in children's services. Most important, however, is a commitment to the care and well-being of vulnerable children. Expenses are paid for attendance at meetings.
