A new Regional Director for London

We are delighted that Elspeth Devlin has joined the Fostering Foundation as our new Regional Director in London. Elspeth has lots of experience in fostering services and is really looking forward to getting to know our carers and their foster children and leading the London service into a new era of growth and development.
For a short while Elspeth will work alongside Jean Blair in order to ensure a smooth and safe handover. We thank Jean for all her work for the Foundation in recent years and wish her well for the future.
